Smoothstack provides training programs and job placement services in the technology industry.
In this role I had the opportunity to implement a new outbound communication system. When I arrived the team did not have consistent email campaigns or advertisements running. I created and managed an outbound system that is now providing consistent communication..
I also had the unique challenge of managing multiple different brands. After I arrived, the company diverged into three different brands: Smoothstack, Fedstack, and Uptime Crew. I helped with the brand guideline creation of Fedstack and Uptime Crew. I also helped design the website for the brands.
Below are some examples of some of the works. You will see an assortment of ads, collateral, and emails.

Emma Rose works closely with our sales team to make sure their message is coming through clearly in everything we’re doing, and she’s always asking thoughtful questions to make sure she’s getting it right. She cares a lot about doing good work and it shows.
