Packaging Design

Winning piece in the American Graphic Design Awards 2021

Macon Beer Co. is a restaurant and brewery in Macon, Georgia. They needed a design for their new ready-to-drink cocktail line. I conducted research on the company and their values and created these designs to reflect their brand.

The designs were inspired by the restaurant’s dedication to quality and community. Customers should see this packaging and know they are getting quality spirits. Each design incorporates a color that reflects the flavors of the cocktail. As the menu continues to expand, these designs will easily adapt and expand with it. The color gradients convey the sophistication of high-end cocktails while the fonts create a nostalgic home-town feeling.  The carton design is a continuation of the color gradients from the cans that creates a cohesive theme throughout the product line.

The flexibility and variety of colors lend these cocktails to any season, any place, and any event. Macon Beer Co. is one of my favorite restaurants. It was a privilege to work on this design for them.
